Tran Huy Tuan, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Ninh Binh provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee, has been approved by the Political Bureau as Secretary of the provincial Party Committee for the 2025 2030 tenure.

Hoang Dang Quang, Vice Chairman of the Party Central Committee’s Organisation Commission, presented the decision of the Party Central Committee’s Secretariat to Tran Huy Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Ninh Binh provincial Party Committee.
